Notice of Annual Meeting of the Juniper Hill Water Company (JHWC)

Please consider this your notice of the JHWC annual meeting, to be conducted both in-person and virtually, on Wednesday, January 24th, 2024. This is your opportunity to hear first hand about the well system, and ask questions as to its operations. At this meeting we will discuss the following items:

• General update of the JHWC well system for the calendar year of 2023

• Review of the current financial status of JHWC

• Update on the installation and setup of the new backup generator system

• Discussion on the on-going DEP water treatment situation

• Voting on by the members for the proposed 2024 water rate

• Election of the Board of Directors for JHWC

• Election of the President of JHWC (from the Board of Directors)

The slides for the annual meeting will be sent out to the whole neighborhood by Tuesday, January 23rd.

  • You will need to email John Morhous and organize a time that works for you

  • You may cast your votes for the Annual Meeting during this time
